Índice de qualidade de água subterrânea regional - iqasr como ferramenta para gestão de água subterrânea

Abstract

The management of the quality of waters in Brazil, gained evidence with the National Politics of Hydric Features, Law n º 9,433/97, which presents as one of the beddings to manage such features, and, to supply the demands to the insufficient information on the quality of waters, the Government used the implanted management programs. In Bahia, the region of Industry Complex in Camaçari, for attendance the condicionante of its license, created the Plan of Management of Hydric Features – PGRH, in which it must monitor its superficial and underground waters, beyond being part of the Responsible Performance Program (AR), of the Brazilian Association of Chemistry Industry (ABIQUIM), where it generate values for better communication with the public, using common language and creates a bigger synergy between the proper industries, the communities and the agencies of government. In this context, the present work carried through a survey of the creation and applicability of average of quality of underground waters to detach the importance of this tool for the mapping of the quality of water-bearing, suggesting it creation of an Regional Quality Index of Underground Water - IQASR as tool for management of the underground water for the Industry Pool region, with sights to synthesize information, to allow an easy reading, to be understood by any person and to takes care of pertinent legislations.
