Authors: Almeida, Vinicius Sampaio de
Abstract: The technology of unmanned aerial vehicles has been developing and is already being used in
sectors such as military and civil. Despite the widespread publicity regarding the need for this
type of service, the application of this technology in police operations is scarce in several sectors
of public safety. As vehicles most used to meet police needs are still
makes use of motor vehicles, helicopters or planes. However, these types of vehicles are of high
cost of acquisition, operation and maintenance, in addition to exposing the professionals who conduct them to
dangers, often deadly. Police action in Brazil has been widely discussed; the efficiency
of operations, interventions and the number of police killed during operations are criticized and
considered inefficient to resolve the issue of violence, especially in large cities.
This shows the need to use tools that help, as well as minimize the effects
harmful effects of operations on the lives of ordinary citizens, as well as on the lives of police officers. One option
efficient and, which would not endanger the lives of professionals, is the use of non-air vehicles
manned to make the police operation more efficient and safer. In view of the above, this work
aims to show the various uses and benefits of using these vehicles in different
contexts of the police operation and in the various sectors of public security. For this, we analyzed
the different contexts in which this equipment has already been used inside and outside Brazil,
as well as its cost-effectiveness and possible problems associated with its use. Among the
main results obtained, it is clear that the use of this technology has been successful in
several occasions, such as border control and the war against terrorism, however, several
Questions have been raised about the use of this technology, mainly regarding its limits. A
technology in question could become an important tool for police operations,
contributing to the safety and efficiency of its various activities. However, the requirements
necessary for the use of this technology need to undergo further studies to
proof of its viability in the Brazilian reality.

Authors: Costa Neto, Polibio Lins
Abstract: This is an analysis of safety standards associated with existing
collaborative robots in Brazil. Currently the regulatory standard NR-12, which
regulates work safety in machinery and equipment, does not evaluate the use of
collaborative robots in the Brazilian industry, and this situation has raised
questions of how to proceed with the integration of this technology. The intent
herein is to evaluate: the concept that defines the cobots, and how these devices
are inserted in national regulatory standards. Initially we conducted a brief
description of this technology and set its concept taking into account international
standards such as ISO 10218-1, ISO 10218-2 and ISO / TS 15066. Following the
definition, it was then evaluated how NR-12 is absorbing this new work science,
taking into account the technical note nº31/2018. At the end of this document we
conducted a case study to exemplify and solidify the content herein developed. The discussions in this article can help students and automation professionals
during the development or integration of a collaborative cell.

Authors: Álvaro, Pedro Vuvu
Abstract: The present work is part of a larger project that aims to implentate a unit of produc tion and exploration of mineral water in Angola, which has the purpose of presenting
the instrumentation activity of the production plant of this unit. Therefore, the general
steps of the process and the necessary instruments for the control and operation of
this process are described. Articles, manuals, academic works and electronic sites of
some regulators of the mineral water production and exploitation process were con sulted, that is, to understand the water production process, the identification of the
instruments to be used and to evaluate the feasibility of instrumentalization this plant.

Authors: Santos, Murilo Cerqueira Cardoso
Abstract: The present work aims to implement a Loudness control in a digital audio
television transmitter, in order to comply with the Brazilian legislation, during the
insertion of commercial averages, without compromising the sound experience be it
mono, stereo or multichannel reception from the modeling computational model of
the international measurement standard of Loudness called the BS standard. 1770,
without the need for major changes and investments in existing infrastructure, the
study points out a theoretical solution to the problem in a way that makes control
feasible. Six samples were used, each containing a commercial block for validation
and a program block, collected from the transmitter after passing through
professional audio processors. From recorded samples, using the "R128gain" Loudness Analysis Software, and comparing the samples, it was possible to perform
an automatic Loudness control in a satisfactory way.
